Prize Draw Rules

1. Eligibility to enter

   This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. The promoter's employees and their immediate family and household members, and employees and their immediate families and household members of the promoter's parent company (Jumbo Interactive Limited) and its associated subsidiaries, are prohibited from participating in this prize draw.

2. Starting date and closing date

   This prize draw began on Tue 01 Jul 2025 and will close on Sat 26 Jul 2025 at 8pm. Any ticket purchases after the closing date will not be considered qualifying purchases for the purpose of this prize draw.

3. Further information on how to enter

   Each weekly ticket purchased on Wokingham Borough Community Lottery or another participating lottery before the closing date will provide you with one entry into this prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Please note that:

   1. Entries that do not comply with these rules will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.

   2. In circumstances where we have not received payment for your ticket (for instance, if you pay by direct debit and your payment date falls after the date of the prize draw), your ticket will still be eligible for entry into this prize draw. However, if you are selected as a winner and we do not receive full payment for your ticket on the due date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining entries.

   3. If you opt to cancel your weekly tickets which result in you no longer holding tickets as of the closing date, you will not be eligible to participate in this prize draw.

4. Prize

   The prize is as described below. The prize may only be awarded to the winner and is non-transferable.

5. Selection of the winner

   The winner of this prize draw will be selected using random number generator (RNG) software from all eligible entries in accordance with these rules. There will be one winner selected.

6. Notifying the winner

   The promoter will notify the winner by telephone, email and/or letter within two (2) weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

7. Publicity and personal information

   1. We will use your personal information to process your entry and to contact you about your entry in accordance with our Privacy notice.

   2. The surname and county of the winner will be published on the Wokingham Borough Community Lottery website and the websites of other participating lotteries. If you do not want your surname and county to be published, please email [email protected] prior to the closing date of this prize draw.

   3. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this prize draw if you are selected as the winner.

8. General

   1. The promoter

      The promoter of this prize draw is Gatherwell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08675983 whose mailing address is at Gatherwell Limited, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.

   2. Promotion of this prize draw

      This prize draw may be promoted on multiple lottery websites operated or managed by the promoter.

   3. Limitation of the promoter's liability

      While nothing in these rules will limit the promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to this prize draw or which are caused by a third party.

   4. No association with social media platforms

      This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Youtube or Instagram.

   5. Applicable law; forum for disputes

      The laws of England and Wales apply to these rules. Any disputes relating to this prize draw or these rules will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident of Scotland, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of Scotland.

   6. Changes to these rules

      The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to make reasonable changes to these rules. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this webpage. If any significant changes are made which would affect your right to participate in this prize draw, we will give you notice of these changes by email.

   7. Cancellation due to circumstances outside of the promoter's control

      The promoter reserves the right to cancel this prize draw if circumstances outside of the promoter's control prevent the promoter from operating this prize draw, including but not limited to the following events: acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war or disturbance, war or armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or breakoff of diplomatic relations, action taken by a government or public authority, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, cyber attack or interruption or failure of utility service.

   8. Acceptance of these rules

      By participating in this prize draw, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

Additional T&Cs

Each winner will be sent an email with information on how to redeem their prize.

·         The Places Leisure premium membership is for one year at either Bulmershe, Loddon Valley, Ryeish Green or Arborfield Leisure Centre. Membership available for the winner aged 16 or above.

• Five health suite passes at Places Leisure. There will be one pass for each winner. It includes use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Each pass is valid for 12 months.
• 10 soft play sessions at Places Leisure. There will be five winners with two soft play sessions each.
• One family ticket to the Medieval Jousting event at Dinton Pastures. Family ticket includes a maximum of two adults and three children. Must be redeemed for the event on either Saturday 13 or Sunday 14 September 2025.
• Afternoon tea for two at the Coffee House at Dinton Pastures Country Park in Hurst. Includes a selection of finger sandwiches, selection of bite-sized cakes, plain and fruit scones served with clotted cream and selection of jams, pot of English Tea.
• Children’s indoor climbing session at the Dinton Activity Centre in Hurst. For children aged four years old and above. This one hour session must be booked on a Saturday or Sunday between 10am and 5pm.
• Archery session at the Dinton Activity Centre in Hurst. For children aged six years old and above. This one hour session is available on a Saturday or Sunday between 11am and 5pm.
• A pedalo session at the Dinton Activity Centre in Hurst. This 30 minute session includes up to five people in a pedalo (two adults and three children recommended). Available on Wednesday and Friday, 5pm to 7pm or Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 5pm.
